With the entry into force of GDPR the company Biotechmed S.r.l., whose registered office is situated at Viale Maspero 20, Somma Lombardo (Varese), Italy, acting in the capacity of \u201cdata controller\u201d, is obliged to supply some information relating to the use of personal data.
\nThe GDPR governs the processing of personal data, namely any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of electronic systems, relating to the collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of data, whether recorded in a database or not.
\nThe GDPR states that the \u201cdata subject\u201d or \u201cperson whose personal data are collected\u201d must be given the following information, in advance.

\nSource of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n

Optional, explicit, voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails subsequent acquisition of the sender\u2019s address, which is required to answer requests, and any other personal data included in the message. None of the user\u2019s personal data are deliberately acquired by the site.
\nAll the data collected will obviously be processed confidentially, and in compliance with current legislation.

Purpose of data processing<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The subject\u2019s personal data will be processed in the course of the company\u2019s normal activities. The processing will be designed to finalise the performance of statutory obligations and\/or obligations deriving from an agreement to which the data subject is a party. The legal basis of the processing is the presence of a service contract or supply of goods.
\n2. The data subject\u2019s personal data may also be processed for the purpose of performance of promotional and marketing operations by our company. The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the interested party.<\/p>\n

Data provision<\/strong><\/p>\n

The provision of the personal data required for these purposes is optional, but refusal to provide the data may (depending on the specific features of the relationship between the data and the purpose for which it is required) makes it impossible for the company to fulfil specific statutory obligations and\/or obligations deriving from the agreement to which the Data Subject is a party (as regards point 1) and makes it impossible for our company to perform promotional and marketing operations (as regards point 2).<\/p>\n

In relation to the stated purposes, the personal data will be processed by manual and information technology methods in accordance with logics strictly correlated with the said purposes, and in any event in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

Categories of subjects to whom data can be communicated<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the performance of its activities, the company shall only communicate the Data Subject\u2019s personal data to entities closely connected with the purposes referred to in point 1) and entities to which such disclosure is mandatory by law.
\nEntities belonging to categories to which the data can be communicated will use the data in the capacity of \u201cdata controllers\u201d as defined by law, in full independence, and shall not be parties to the original processing performed by the company.<\/p>\n
